1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the participation of players and use of services provided by Elite Tigers Academy (“the Academy”).
1.2 By enrolling a child or player, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Registration & Fees
2.1 All players must complete a registration form and provide accurate personal, medical, and emergency contact details.
2.2 Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each training term, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Fees are non-refundable except in cases of serious injury or at the Academy’s discretion.
2.4 The Academy reserves the right to suspend participation for non-payment of fees.

3. Attendance & Conduct
3.1 Players must attend all scheduled sessions punctually and in proper training attire.
3.2 Respectful behavior is expected towards coaches, staff, teammates, and facilities at all times.
3.3 Bullying, discrimination, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action or removal from the Academy.

4. Health & Safety
4.1 Parents/guardians must inform the Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.
4.2 The Academy takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe training environment but is not liable for injuries sustained during normal training or matches.
4.3 In the event of an emergency, the Academy may administer basic first aid and/or contact emergency services.

5. Photography & Media Consent
5.1 The Academy may take photographs and videos of players during sessions for promotional or educational purposes.
5.2 If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify the Academy in writing prior to participation.

6. Code of Conduct – Parents & Guardians
6.1 Parents/guardians must support the Academy’s values of respect, teamwork, and fair play.
6.2 Verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or interference during sessions or matches will not be tolerated.

7. Cancellations, Holidays & Weather Policy
7.1 The Academy may cancel or reschedule sessions due to bad weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 Where possible, make-up sessions will be arranged; no refunds will be given for cancellations outside the Academy’s control.
7.3 A minimum of one month’s written notice, provided at the start of the month, is required if parents/guardians wish to withdraw their child or notify the Academy of an extended holiday.
7.4 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in continued fee liability for that period.

8. Liability & Insurance
8.1 The Academy maintains public liability insurance.
8.2 The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
8.3 Participation is at the player’s own risk, subject to the limitations of applicable law.

9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2 Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for safety/operational purposes.

10.1 The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10.2 Updated versions will be made available on the Academy’s notice board or website.
