Membership terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elite Tigers Academy. Our aim is to provide a safe, fun and disciplined environment where every child can develop skill, confidence and respect.
The Code of Conduct and Membership Terms below govern attendance, payment, behaviour and cancellations for all members and their guardians.


2. Membership Options & Attendance Rules

All packages below are purchased via our website. After your initial payment, a monthly Direct Debit will be set up and taken automatically.

Term-Time Membership — £70 per month
   •    The Term-Time package requires a minimum payment for 9 months.
   •    You may attend both Wednesday and Saturday sessions.
   •    Sessions are not held during school holidays (term-time only).

Elite Package Membership — £60 per month
   •    The Mini Elite and Elite packages require a minimum term of 12 months within the calendar year.
   •    You may attend both Wednesday and Saturday sessions.
   •    This option is billed monthly by Direct Debit.

Mini Elite Membership — £50 per month
   •    The Mini Elite and Elite packages require a minimum term of 12 months within the calendar year.
   •    You must choose either Wednesday or Saturday (not both).
   •    You may not change your chosen day without informing the Academy Manager in advance.

Pay-As-You-Go — £15 per session
   •    You may attend one session at a time.
   •    You must book each session in advance via our website.


3. Payments & Billing
   •    All packages are purchased through our website.
   •    After you select a package and make the first payment, monthly Direct Debit payments will begin automatically.
   •    It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date on the website.
   •    Contact the Academy Manager if you need assistance.


4. Cancelling Membership / Temporary Pauses
   •    If you decide the academy is not suitable for your child, or you are taking a holiday, you must give one calendar month’s notice by email to info@elitetigersacademy.com.
   •    Your notice email must include:
   •    Your child’s full name
   •    Your child’s age
   •    The reason for leaving or the date you expect to return to training
   •    If a full month’s notice is not given, you will be charged for that month.


5. Attendance, Punctuality & Booking
   •    Please arrive on time and be ready to participate at the session start time.
   •    For Pay-As-You-Go members, sessions must be booked in advance via the website. If you do not book, you may not be admitted.
   •    If your child is unwell or unable to attend, please notify the academy as soon as possible.


6. Behaviour & Safety
   •    All members, guardians and visitors must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and other members.
   •    Aggressive, abusive or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
   •    Follow all coach instructions and safety rules at all times.
   •    Coaches may remove a child from a session if safety or behaviour concerns arise.
   •    Guardians are responsible for ensuring children are collected promptly after sessions.


7. Communication
   •    The primary contact channel is email: info@elitetigersacademy.com.
   •    Use this for cancellations, notices and any membership changes.
   •    For changes to membership (including switching plans or changing chosen session on the £50 plan), please contact the Academy Manager directly and await confirmation.


8. Refunds & Credits
   •    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
   •    Once a monthly Direct Debit payment has been taken, that month is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.
   •    Any adjustments, refunds or credits will be issued at the Academy Manager’s discretion.


9. Photography & Media
   •    From time to time, coaches may take photos or videos of classes for promotional or training purposes.
   •    If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing.


10. Changes to Terms
   •    Elite Tigers Academy may update these Terms & Code of Conduct at any time.
   •    We will notify members of any material changes by email or via our website.

   •    If you have a complaint, please email our Academy Manager outlining the issue and any supporting details.
   •    We will investigate and respond as soon as possible.


12. Skills Ball Requirement

A Skills Ball is mandatory for every child at the academy.
